2. Products & Pricing

  • Live Plants: All live plants, including bonsai trees, are living organisms. Natural variations in size, color, shape, and leaf patterning are normal and unique to each specimen. Our detailed product descriptions and photos represent the specific plant (e.g., "Tree #223") or the variety as accurately as possible.
  • Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

3. Orders & Payment We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payments are processed securely via our PCI-compliant payment processors.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations You may modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered fulfillment. Contact us at info@peonychinesebonzai.com with your order number immediately for any changes.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Peony Chinese Bonzai and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and products are provided "as is." We guarantee healthy plant arrival when shipping conditions are proper. Post-delivery plant health depends on customer care. We are not liable for improper care or environmental factors.

7. Limitation of Liability Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
